Refund policy

Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you have a problem with your order contact us within 30 Days after Delivery Date.

Cancellations
We accept Cancellations for up to 24 hours after the order is placed. 

Unable to Process
Customized orders require approval. Your order will be refunded if your Art Proof is not approved in 30 days. A 20% Design Fee will be deducted from the refund.

Returns
Since all our signs are custom-made to order, all sales are final.

Exchanges
We do not process merchandise exchanges.

Defective Items
Full priced items that are defective/damaged may be returned for replacement or refund.
To qualify for returns items must be unused and in the same packing they were received.
Request a return to info@kokodesignstudios.com with your Order number and proof of issue.
Returns need to be approved before shipping items back. Order will be inspected upon arrival.
Unauthorized or fraudulent returns, will not be processed.
Discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

Lost Shipment
If your order got lost during transit contact at info@kokodesignstudios.com within 30 days after the shipping date to qualify for a replacement.
 
Replacements
We replace for the same items when they are defective or damaged.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-5 business of days.

Installed merchandise
Installed or used merchandise does not qualify for returns or refunds.
Defects or flaws of any type in your goods need to be reported before installation. Installing defective items is accepting the condition in which they were received.
Since we cannot control the handling and installation process for products, we cannot guarantee results. 
We offer affordable samples from all our products as an opportunity to test and try before committing to bigger orders.
